QR Code to Review Page

“With Trustify, effortlessly generate a QR code that links directly to your review page—whether for your entire store or a specific product. Display it in-store or include it in delivery packages to make it seamless for customers to leave reviews and boost your brand credibility.

Please follow these steps to setup:

Step1: From the app Admin, go to Email manager > Open Shareable review

Step 2: Enable in clicking on the togger button

Step 3: Select “Review request type”: Store review or Product review

If you select “Store reviews”, configures will display as below:

Step 4: Generate the review request link and download the QR code under formats PNG or SVG

Step 5: Configure widget settings with these functions:

• Enable required fields
• Select rating icon
• Upload logo and background for the review form
• Color customizations
• Customize text

Once you’re set, print the QR code and either attach it to your delivery package or showcase it in your store, allowing customers to easily scan it with their phones and leave a review.
