Welcome to Trustify Guideline! This guide is crafted to assist you in replying to customer reviews and updating or deleting the reply.

Why is it crucial for shop owners to reply to customer reviews?

Replying to reviews helps build a positive online reputation, as potential customers often read responses to assess the business’s responsiveness and dedication to customer service. Additionally, it fosters a sense of community and trust, signalling to customers that their opinions are valued and that the business is attentive to their customer’s needs. Overall, responding to customer reviews is a crucial aspect of managing and enhancing a shop’s reputation.

How to reply to reviews in the app?

Step 1:  From the Dashboard, you go to the page Review manager

Step 2: Find the review you wish to reply to. Click on the Reply button and start replying to a review on the popup

Step 3: Update/ Delete a reply

  • Update the reply: If you wish to modify your response, simply click on the “Edit reply” button and update the content.

  • Delete the reply: To remove a response, open the existing reply and click on the “Delete reply” button.
