Migrate reviews from Shopify Product Review App to Trustify
📢Shopify announcement:
On May 6, 2024, the Product Reviews app will be removed from Shopify, and is no longer available to install. After this time, you’ll no longer have access to your existing product reviews, and reviews from the app will no longer display on your store. To continue collecting and displaying product reviews on your store, you need to migrate to another product review app before May 6, 2024.
In this article, we will guide you to migrate reviews from Shopify Product Review app to Trustify.
1- Export reviews from Shopify Product
- From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.
- From the Apps and Sales Channels page, click Product Reviews.
- Click Open app.
- Click Settings.
- Click Export.
2- Export reviews from Shopify Product
Step 1: From the app admin > Go to the page Review > Click on the button “Import review” > Select the option “From Shopify reviews app”
Step 2: Upload the CSV file that you export from Shopify Review app
